Usage / Icon Adopting:
All icons posted here are adoptable for use wherever you like, unless otherwise stated. Just comment and credit! That's all I ask. Please do not use parts of my icons (animations/templates/bases/etc) in your own creations without asking me first, though! Thanks :)

Programs I Use:
Irfanview: for cropping and resizing and doing the occasional image effect. It's FREE. You should get it. Oh yes, you should.
MS Paint: Yes, I use MS Paint. No, it isn't a worthless waste of time/space. I use it for nearly everything BUT resizing and cropping. Even my animations are done, frame-by-frame, in Paint - and then merely strung together in my animation program.
GIF Construction Set: It's been brought to my attention that they've changed this program so you have to pay for it or put up with ugly watermarks. I'm lucky and have an old version that doesn't do that. So... I can't help you with animation programs!
Pixia: Free PhotoShop-like program. It's pimp-tastic for those of you who are broke. Like me.
Virtual Dub / Bink: Video clipping/cropping/capping tools for making mini-movie icons.

Yes, I can help you with these programs if you're like me and you just don't have PSP, don't like PSP... or are confused by all those PSP buttons ;)

Requests: I'm kind of spotty about filling requests. You can feel free to make them, but I can't guarantee I'll fill them. It just depends on how much time/interest I have in doing it. If you do make a request, be very clear on what you want. Tell me what kind of picture you want (or provide the image) and what text (if any) you want... and if you want animation, be specific about which kind (ie sparkles, blinking text, etc). I won't do requested mini-movies, because they take way too much time to finish. If you ask for an icon and I said I'd do it but you never see it... go ahead and comment to me again. As long as you're nice about it, I don't mind you nagging me about it ;)

Template/Base Credit: All icons offered in this journal should be FULLY credited in the entries they're offered in. If you think you see your work on this journal and it's NOT credited, drop me a line and PLEASE do not throw a tizzy. I guarantee, it's either a misunderstanding or an accidental oversight - and no harm or theft is intended. Thanks!
